ATC Training Services is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our clients. Refunds will be processed as outlined below:

• Cancellations by ATC Training Services: If a course is canceled by ATC TrainingServices, students are entitled to a full refund of the course fee or may opt to transfer to an alternative course date.
• Student Cancellations: If a student needs to cancel their enrollment, the following conditions apply:
  • More than 10 business days prior to the course start date: Full refund, minus a10% administrative fee.
  • Within 10 business days prior to the course start date: 50% refund of the course fee.
  • Within 5 business days of the course start date or after commencement: No refund is available.
• Transfers and Substitutions: If a student cannot attend, they may request to transfer to a later date or nominate a substitute participant, subject to course availability and administrative approval.
